The staff were exceptional and the restaurant was cosy! Regular double and spotlessly clean room with amazing beds. The food was incredible - I loved the full English breakfast. Good value, and the location was simply wonderful for exploring Ponderay.

Warm rooms and discreet staff, I really enjoyed pleasant location too. Brilliant view, a tiny balcony, quiet bed, too. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. With perfect check-in and efficient check-out, this hotel was trendy boutique. Outstanding value, brilliant service.

Privileged location, good value, easy going staff, astonishing breakfast. The units are contemporary, well airconditioned. Perfect customer service provided too. Loved friendly check-in.

Spend our time here nicely. Only 15 min walk to downtown. A wide array of pancakes, cereal, yogurt, muffins and fruit at breakfast. Shuttle was offered too. Welcome base for exploring Ponderay.

The hotel of choice in Ponderay. Location is convenient, staff is helpful. Great stay in this ski area. Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Farmhouse Kitchen BBQ, no need to go somewhere else.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel, the food and staff, it's nice place to stay. Free Wi Fi was available; the breakfast was good! We could have lunch in Burger King set within 700 feet.

we loved the way our king suite was. short way from fiesta bonita, where you can have lunch.

There was no elevator.
